“I spoke to him personally about three weeks ago about his situation and it was a good conversation. But we haven’t spoken since then,” he said.
“As I said, it’s a shame. I think Josh has the potential to be a top player. He’s only 18, he’s very young. There are things that can change for him, but he has the potential to be a key player for Chelsea.”
“It is very important for the club to keep him. The first thing we have to do is find a solution for his future. The most important thing at this stage is to play, enjoy football.”
